Our Pastors
We are Dave and Natalie Holland–lead pastors of Restoration Church. We have lived in Gardner for 15 years, and we have loved raising our family in this amazing community. In August of 2017, Dave stepped away from his corporate job in faith believing that we were called to plant a new life-giving church in Gardner, KS. We started with 3 other families and began growing a launch team in April of 2018. By the end of summer we had 100 people committed to launch Restoration Church and on September 16, 2018 we launched our very first Sunday service! We love people and are honored to be a part of what God is doing in our city!
We are a bible believing, spirit filled church filled with people from different backgrounds, experiences, and seasons of life coming together as one because of Jesus. We are a church that is life-giving, exciting, and intentional. We are a church that worships Jesus with passion and boldness. We are a church committed to teaching, nurturing, and equipping kids and teens to know God and live for Him. We are a church that partners with the community and has a heart to serve it. We are a church that is committed to reach people far from God, restore people through a relationship with Jesus, and release people into God's purpose for their life.
Jesus is the Point
Jesus is the purpose of why we gather in every setting, and we are committed to leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus.
Passion for People
People are the most important part of our day. We take time to see and love each person whether we meet them in our seats or in the streets.
Unwavering Faith
We take an attitude of faith even when circumstances are difficult to understand. God is for us, and we believe that with Him anything is possible.
Authentic Approach
We live in an Instagram and Facebook world where everyone seems polished and perfect. We aren’t perfect, but we strive to lead with integrity and transparency in everything we say and do.
Intentional
God never wastes a word and we shouldn’t either. Everything that we do, say, create, or promote is to reach people, for God to restore, and to release people into God's purpose for their life.
Our Values
Our Beliefs
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. The Holy Bible, and only the Bible, is the authoritative Word of God. It alone is the final authority in determining all doctrinal truths. We accept the Scriptures as the final authority in all manners of faith and conduct.

The Trinity
We believe in one Triune God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, each co-eternal in being, co-identical in nature, co-equal in power and glory and having the same attributes and perfection’s

God
We believe in One eternally existing God who created all things and by whom all things exist. God has revealed Himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, with distinct personal attributes, but without division of nature, essence, or being.

Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, was crucified on Calvary for our sins, and bodily rose from the dead; and that He has been exalted to the throne of God where He is the only mediator between God and man. He alone is Lord and Savior. We believe that through this death, burial, and resurrection we have personal salvation and power for victorious living.

Salvation
We believe that all have sinned and stand in the need of redemption, which is received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, His death, burial, and resurrection. Salvation is a gift from God, not a result of our good works or any human efforts.

Repentance
We believe that all people are called to repent – it is God’s will that no one perishes, but everyone comes to life-changing repentance. Repentance is a commitment to turn away from sin in every area of our lives and to follow Jesus fully.

Acts 2:38, 17:30; Matthew 3:1-2; Isaiah 55:7

Water Baptism
We believe that following faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, new believers are commanded by the Word of God to be baptized in water. Water baptism is an act of obedience which signifies our union with Jesus in death to sin, burial of the old nature, and resurrection to new life.

Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38, 8:12,16:36-38, 10:48, 16:33, 19:5, 22:16; Mark 16:16; Romans 6:4; Colossians 2:12

The Church
We believe the church is the Body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Spirit, with divine appointments for the fulfillment of Jesus’ great commission. Every person who is born of the Spirit is an integral part of the church as a member of the body of believers. There is a spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 1:22, 2:19-22; Hebrews 12:23; John 17:11, 20-23

Eternity
People are created to exist forever. When we die, we will either exist eternally separated from God because of sin or in union with God through salvation that comes through faith in Jesus. Heaven and hell are literal places.

The Second Coming
We believe in the return of the Lord Jesus Christ to Earth and the establishment of His Kingdom. We believe in the resurrection of the body, the final judgment and the ultimate victory of the eternal Kingdom of God. This will occur at a date undisclosed in Scripture. We are awaiting His return.
